Three companies, one platform

Recycling. Mining. Alloy production.

Each of our operating companies has its own customers, its own products, and its own commercial team. Together they form an integrated Zimbabwean metals platform.

Subsidiary 01

Advanced Recycling Co

Zimbabwe's professional metal recycler.

ARC is the source. We collect and process ferrous and non-ferrous scrap from industrial accounts, demolition sites, and trade suppliers across Harare. Our yard at Workington runs a calibrated weighbridge, a baler, a shredder, and an aluminium atomization line. Processed material is sold to local foundries, exported as baled ferrous and non-ferrous, or used internally as atomized aluminium powder for the ULC plant.

What we buy

Fe

Ferrous (HMS 1/2)

Heavy melting steel, plate & structural. Baled or loose.

Al

Aluminium

Industrial Al, UBC cans, extrusion off-cuts. Cleaned or mixed.

Cu

Brass

Yellow brass, red brass, machining turnings.

SS

Stainless steel

304 / 316 grades. Solids, turnings, and offcuts.

What we sell

Atomized aluminium powder

Bulk and bagged. Spec-controlled mesh sizes for industrial use.

Baled ferrous & non-ferrous

Export-ready bales for international scrap markets.

Sorted non-ferrous fractions

Cleaned aluminium, brass, and stainless ready for foundry input.

Selling scrap to ARC

Bring material to our Workington yard during operating hours, or schedule pickup with our tipper fleet for industrial volumes. Weights are taken on our calibrated 60-tonne weighbridge and paid against current pricing. More on selling to us →

Subsidiary 02

Chrome Ore Mine

Premium chrome concentrate from the Great Dyke.

Our chrome operation sits on Zimbabwe's Great Dyke — the world-class metallogenic belt that hosts the country's chrome reserves. The mine feeds a 50-spiral gravity concentration plant producing a high-purity, low-silica chrome concentrate at 50% Cr₂O₃. Concentrate is sold both into our own ULC ferrochrome plant and to international buyers — predominantly Indian stainless steel mills.

Capability & logistics

Plant feed

Gravity concentration plant capable of handling significant monthly ROM throughput at high recovery.

Export corridor

Road transport to Beira port — open corridor, established trucking partners, consistent transit times.

Incoterms

FOB Beira standard. CIF and DAP available on negotiated routes.

Settlement

USD-denominated. Letter of credit or telegraphic transfer against documents.

Subsidiary 03

ULC Ferrochrome

Premium ultra-low-carbon ferrochrome — the alloy of choice for specialty stainless and aerospace.

Ultra-low-carbon ferrochrome (ULC FeCr) is a premium specialty alloy used by stainless steel, aerospace, and superalloy mills where tight chemistry — particularly low carbon — is non-negotiable. We produce ULC FeCr via the proven aluminothermic process, using captive aluminium powder from ARC and captive chrome concentrate from our own mine. The result: traceable chemistry, consistent quality, and a clean carbon footprint compared to furnace-based producers.

Applications

Specialty stainless

Low-carbon stainless grades where chemistry tolerance is tight.

Aerospace alloys

High-purity inputs for aerospace and high-temp grade steels.

Superalloys

Nickel- and cobalt-based superalloy production.

Welding consumables

High-grade welding wire and electrode manufacturing.

Off-take and sample requests

Long-term off-take contracts and trial shipment requests welcomed. Buyer information → · or email commercial@amulyaholdings.com

Why integrated matters

From scrap to specialty alloy under one roof.

Owning the whole chain lets us guarantee chemistry, control logistics, and stand behind every shipment.
